Shipping Damage, Loss & Quality Support
Please inspect the package and products upon receipt. If you notice shipping damage, missing items, or a suspected loss, please contact us promptly with your order number, tracking details, and relevant photos. Retain the packaging and any delivery records to support the investigation. We will help coordinate with the carrier and assist with any applicable claim. Responsibility and compensation will be handled according to the agreed shipping terms and the carrier’s claim process. Product quality concerns will be reviewed separately against the approved specifications and sample and addressed under the confirmed order terms.

Design Submission & Project Review
Please send your sketches, reference images, CAD files, or design concepts, together with your preferred material, finish, dimensions, estimated quantity, and any logo or packaging requirements. Our team will review production feasibility and prepare a project-specific quotation. Custom MOQ depends on the design, material, tooling, finish, and production requirements.

Order Confirmation & Sample Approval
Before confirming the order, both parties will agree on the specifications, quantity, price, sample and tooling costs, payment terms, and estimated schedule. A 30% deposit of the confirmed order value is required as specified in the quotation or proforma invoice. CAD drawings and prototype samples will be reviewed and approved before bulk production. Design and tooling ownership will be agreed in writing.

Production Lead Time & Shipping
Bulk production typically takes 15–30 business days after sample approval, final specification confirmation, and receipt of the agreed production deposit. The exact schedule depends on order quantity and customization requirements and will be confirmed for each project. Design development, tooling, sampling, and shipping are scheduled separately. Express shipping may take approximately 5–7 business days to many destinations, subject to the carrier and customs clearance.

Order Changes & Quality Support
Please request any changes before approving the final design and sample. Changes requested after approval require review and written agreement and may affect the price and delivery schedule. If you receive products with a quality issue, please contact us with your order details, affected quantities, and clear photos or videos. We will review the issue against the approved specifications and sample and agree on an appropriate resolution under the confirmed order terms. Any return or exchange must be agreed with us before products are sent back.
